My research interests lie at the intersection of architecture, urban design, cultural landscapes, and social experiences of place. I am interested in how built environments, local knowledge, and everyday practices shape people’s relationships with spaces and contribute to spatial wellbeing.

My work adopts an interdisciplinary perspective, exploring themes including migration and settlement, sustainable tourism and ecotourism, urban regeneration, and architectural heritage. Through a focus on inclusive and people-centred approaches, I aim to contribute to the understanding and improvement of contemporary urban and built environments.
